Objectives: 

1. Increasing the cooperation in the cross border priority sectors for micro, small and medium-sized companies linked to green and blue growth; 
2. Streghten the cooperation in the cross border priority sectors for micro, small and medium-sized companies linked to green growth;
3. Increased international competitiveness of micro and small businesses in the cross border priority sectors linked to green and blue growth;

5. Improve the ability of state institutions to jontly prevent and manage some of the specific risks arising from climate change: hydrological risks, in particular in relation to flooding, coastal erosion and fires;

7. Improve the effectiveness of public actions to preserve, protect, promote and develop natural and cultural heritage of the cooperation area; 
8. Enhance the protection of the marine ports; 
9. Develop multimodal transport systems to improve the connection of the secondary and tertiary nodes of the cooperation area with TEN-T; 
10. Improve the sustainability of commercial ports and logistics platforms to reduce noise pollution; 
11. Improve the sustainability of commercial port activities to reduce carbon emissions; 
12. Promote employment by supporting self-employment, micro-enterprises and social entrepreneurship in the cross border spiority sectors related to blue and green growth; 
13. Strengthen the labor market in the cross border priority sectors related to blue and green growth.
