- 15 June: AG1 Meeting + AR universities for a Green Transition meeting, lecture hall University of the Mountain Edolo (BS);
- 16 June: Presenting to decision-makers/politicians the outcomes of the strategies launched in the EUSALP macro-region, assessing their impacts on local policies and gathering ideas for future developments, lecture hall University of the Mountain Edolo (BS);
- 17 June: Establish a link with the world of young people and academia through an experiential initiative to promote the Alpine region on the theme of tourism in the mountains and the necessary transition, lecture hall + guided animation with excursion to Malga Stain Refuge/Valle delle Messi (to be defined).

DAY 3
Excursion in Valle delle Messi (Ponte di Legno - BS) to discuss about future tourism perspectives with young people.
The UNIMONT Centre of the University of Milan in collaboration with the Lombardy Region is organizing a series of events to promote the sustainable future of the Alps, as part of the European Strategy for the Alpine Region (EUSALP)
On 15th, 16th and 17th June the UNIMONT Centre of the University of Milan in collaboration with the Lombardy Region will coordinate a series of meetings organized as part of the European Strategy for the Alpine Macro-Region (EUSALP) aimed at young people and local administrators to promote the implementation of policies for a sustainable future in mountain areas.
15th June - Alpine Region Universities for a Green Transition
During this first day of work, EUSALP Action Group 1 - Research & Innovation, of which Prof. Anna Giorgi is Leader as delegated by Lombardy Region, will meet together with several universities in the Alpine region with the aim of activating joint ventures to facilitate sustainable development in the Alps. Participation in the event is only on invitation.
16th June, 2.30 pm – EUSALP Policy Workshop: Promoting a sustainable future in mountain areas
One of the key objectives of the European Strategy for the Alpine Region - EUSALP is to ensure that this area remains among the most attractive and competitive in Europe, making the best use of the resources and opportunities for sustainable and innovative development available. In this framework, the project “ALPGOV2 - Enhancing the governance mechanism of the European strategy for the Alpine Region” is the main tool for making the above strategy effective. During the meeting, therefore, the impacts of EUSALP strategies on local policies will be discussed, with particular reference to innovation processes and the potential linked to the development of sustainable tourism in mountain areas.

17th June, 9.00 am - EUSALP Roadshow: Promoting a sustainable future in mountain areas: future prospects for tourism
The purpose of this third meeting is to establish a link between the world of youth and academia through an experiential initiative to promote the Alpine area on the theme of mountain tourism and the necessary transition towards sustainability. In particular, an excursion to Alta Valle Camonica is planned, followed by a discussion on potential future prospects for mountain areas. The meeting to be held in Italian is open to young people between 19 and 30 years old interested in sustainable development in the Alps.
