Round Table on Smart Villages and Digital connectivity in the Alps

Meeting topic: 

The AG 5, in order to enhance the work of our EUSALP Action Group concerning connectivity and accessibility to services of general interest, co-organize in collaboration with the University of Valle d'Aosta the Round Table on "Smart Villages and Digital connectivity in the Alps”.

The event will be held on Friday the 8th June 10:00 A.M. at Forte di Bard, one of the best examples of early 1800 military strongholds, where at the same time a conference on local development innovation, tourism and place branding will take place. The conference is organised by the Transborder Centre on Tourism and Mountain Economies (TEM) and will investigate, among others, the themes of sustainable innovation, multi-level governance and big data for regional development.

The Round Table is open to the public and gives the opportunity to listen the contribution of academic professors and experts to the themes of Smart Villages and Connectivity in the Alps.
