Objectives: 

- To encourage medium-sized companies to make greater efforts in market-oriented research, technological development and innovation;
- to minimize  the technical and economic risks of R & D technology-based projects;
- transforming R&D results into effective market innovations;
- Strengthen cooperation between enterprises and research institutes and increase technology transfer and commitment to research and development cooperation and participation in innovation networks;
- Improve innovation, cooperation and network management in medium-sized businesses.
